@CostaCoffee I do not know who your AM is but I can tell you that this is the 3rd issue I have had to escalate because they haven’t acted promptly.

The others related to incorrect opening hours and staff “cleaning up” two hours before closing time and dangerously faulty tables.

The Toilet at Castlegate Dudley has been out of order for months.

The staff tell me it was reported and decommissioned on 2/5.

It is now 19/9!!!!!!

That branch gets very crowded.

It really is not customer care.
