@studdy2k Too many changes and too many players trying to play themselves back to match fitness in competitive games I think, not much that can be done with when the signings came and injuries and things, hopefully a settled pairing that are fit will help
@Smithy_MFC84 I think Edwards proves why we need a plan beyond the manager, I also think Hellberg will have seen last season and realised we can't be so one dimensional, he needs time with the players and them with him, think the cup draw is a blessing as well
@rob_fletcher_ Has to be to some degree, no one would have had Edwards walking out and need to start again we don't have the resources to change everything with each manager, yesterday was crap but most of us would have took the signing so far 6 weeks ago
@MentalHealthCop@nuwandiss Can I ask what might be a stupid question please how easy or hard are the reports to come by? I am a PhD student a slightly different topic and keep reading the posts and think o should look further into it. Thank you
@RobSc0tt I thought he wasn't noticeably worse than anyone else first half and got better as it went on , looked like one of his first games which it was. In a midfield that got over run a bit, without Morris and alongside a player playing his first game in the league
@CaraLisette It's not just about numbers, if you open doors for people to walk in, which is a good think you need staff with the skills and experience to manage complex, unpredictable situations and that takes time and investment in existing staff
@MentalHealthCop There purpose and scope will be interesting as well as numbers of staff experience will be important. Open access is great but presents a range of challenges that you need the right staffing mix to manage, hopefully it gets the right level of investment
@SocialistHB Also need to think about the experience of staff, opening doors is a great idea but bring a unique set of challenges, no screening process, difficult to manage demand/flow and lots of challenges good idea but staff need to be supported and have clear guidance
@PNEBenHD Makes difficult things look easy at times and then makes easy things look impossible, worked hard last season, might see a difference if he knows he is a regular and important player
@SibsMUFC Been a while since we have been there but definitely more interested in getting to the PL and the promotion season rather than being in it. It's crap though for the fans regardless of the club, looks soulless hopefully decent fans get the bans overturned
@Concerned_In_CO@SamArcher755432@KuperSimon That's good to hear not sure what the difference is other than it's ingrained in Europe. A lot of the skills come before it's organised, games with older kids, learning to look after yourself and the ball, playing every spare minute
@Concerned_In_CO@SamArcher755432@KuperSimon Shame that people have to pay so much for coaching, we have so many teams and leagues locally. The kids love it and get picked up by local academies if they are good enough, travel and time are our biggest commitments to it really
@Smithy_MFC84 We have too many forward players who go missing in games when everything isn't going well, seems like they have an idea of what they will get from him each week, without Conway there was no energy and limited ability to press and win the ball back
@SamArcher755432@KuperSimon Think the person you are tweeting might know what he is talking about. But there aren't many subsidies, we pay Β£30 a month to a local club, two volunteer coaches, fundraising and everything else done by the club. This happens in both Saturday/Sunday football here at all levels
