Serious question-if you believe in Bitcoin, why use this company to get access instead of an exchange traded product or holding by asset directly? You avoid the fund management fee, is that the main advantage here?

Strategy doesn’t do anything to increase the value of the underlying asset like a real estate developer would in his example.
