A very wide vehicle is regularly parked on Livingstone Rd, Hessle. It may be legal if taxed and insured, but its size significantly narrows the road and causes real issues for passing traffic.

In this modern day there is nothing to stop debiting just the toll fee, but money held on account seems to be profiteering. Needs investigating.

Re Humber Bridge, its not just that issue, if you pay the minimum £15 on account and you go across once they debit another £15 as you reach the minimum held on account. It’s unfair @peter_levy how much money are they holding on account.. millions!
