The elites in the low lands of #Garissa and #Tana River Counties, help the communities understand this information. No one opens anything any where, its more rainwater than #7Fork dams can handle which overflows. Floods are a real danger, keep safe.

The level of water in Kenya’s largest hydro power generating dam, Masinga, located in the #7Forks Cascade, was morning at 1,058.22 meters above sea level against a full supply level of 1,056.50 meters.

MANAGEMENT LESSON: When it rains on a forested area, the rain water is slowed down by the trees. It slowly flows to the ground, percolates in the soil, and supports the growth of vegitation. Where no forest, the rain water runs off, damaging the soil and destroying vegetation.
