@svembu Roxo Inc, a Zoho CRM Plus customer in Florida, has been unable to send any WhatsApp message from Zoho CRM since Oct 14. Our sales dropped 50% and support has no ETA (ticket 169246718). We need urgent engineering help. Can someone at @Zoho escalate this?
