Gdzie dokładnie policja ma awaryjne zasilanie? Jak długo infrastruktura wytrzyma blackout? Gdzie znajdują się studnie awaryjne? Jakie ograniczenia dotyczą infrastruktury wojskowej? Gdzie i kiedy prowadzone są kontrole na trasach transportowych prowadzących również w kierunku Polski?
