On this day in 1215, the Magna Carta was sealed by King John at Runnymede, Surrey. Establishing law as a power in itself, the Magna Carta inspired not only British liberty, but also America’s Founding Fathers when formulating the Declaration of Independence 250 years ago. Still relevant today, the Magna Carta reminds us of the importance of the freedoms and rights of the people – principles at the heart of the 🇺🇸 + 🇬🇧.

I keep a rolling Notes doc called "Good things are always happening to me" and update it whenever I realize a good thing totally just happened to me. Good things are always happening to us.
Elon Musk got rejected by Netscape. He walked into the lobby, was too shy to talk to anyone, and walked out. Never got the job.
At his first company Zip2, the board demoted him. Twice. They refused to let him be CEO.
He got fired from PayPal as CEO while flying to his own honeymoon. The board voted him out mid air.
He almost died of malaria in 2000. Ten days in intensive care. Lost 45 pounds. A day from death.
His first child died at 10 weeks old.
His first rocket exploded. Falcon 1, flight one. Burned on the pad.
His second rocket exploded.
His third rocket exploded. The last of his money was nearly gone.
Tesla nearly went bankrupt in 2008. The closest he ever came to a nervous breakdown.
Both companies almost died on the same Christmas Eve.
He was sued by investors. Mocked by the people who built cars before him.
His childhood heroes, the astronauts who inspired him, testified against his company to Congress.
The Cybertruck window shattered on live stage in front of the world.
He overpaid for Twitter by his own admission and watched its value collapse.
He was beaten unconscious as a child and thrown down a flight of stairs.
He has said he goes to sleep alone and it kills him.
He failed in public, over and over, for thirty years.
He is the richest man in the history of the world.
The difference was never the absence of failure. It was the refusal to stop after it.
Laughter is anti-inflammatory. Crying is regulating. Hugging is immunoprotective. Singing is vagal toning. Dancing is neurogenic.
Joy is a biological necessity.
The vibes are insane. Driving through the great state of Louisiana on our way to New Orleans. It’s crazy how diverse this country is, every day the scenery looks different.
Rudyard Kipling articulated precisely what the problem with 'The Stranger' is for normal British people. @hilarybennmp would do well to take note:
The Stranger within my gate,
He may be true or kind,
But he does not talk my talk—
I cannot feel his mind.
I see the face and the eyes and the mouth,
But not the soul behind.
The men of my own stock
They may do ill or well,
But they tell the lies I am wonted to,
They are used to the lies I tell.
And we do not need interpreters
When we go to buy and sell.
The Stranger within my gates,
He may be evil or good,
But I cannot tell what powers control—
What reasons sway his mood;
Nor when the Gods of his far-off land
Shall repossess his blood.
The men of my own stock,
Bitter bad they may be,
But, at least, they hear the things I hear,
And see the things I see;
And whatever I think of them and their likes
They think of the likes of me.
This was my father's belief
And this is also mine:
Let the corn be all one sheaf—
And the grapes be all one vine,
Ere our children's teeth are set on edge
By bitter bread and wine.
If destroying the demon who would rape my daughter makes me a "racist," then that word has been reborn with sacred meaning.
It now stands equal to "God," "saint," "justice," and "protector of the innocent."
If I am too weak to destroy that demon myself, the savior who rises to do it in my place will become a god in the afterlife. Every blessing will be his.
We are still living in the dark medieval age — where governments, politicians, police, and courts actively help those who rape and murder our families.
Future historians will look back at the 2020s and record it as:
The decade of collective madness.
An age of darkness rivaling the witch hunts.
What we must do — right now — is for every decent person on this earth to unite with full strength.
So that when our children open their history books, they will instead read:
"The 2030s: Humanity regained its sanity."
"Peace finally returned to human life."
I want people finally held to account for what has been done to our country.
Civil servants, judges, politicians.
If they have knowingly placed unvetted dangerous third world savages in our communities, near our children, then a Restore Britain Government will aim to prosecute them.
If that includes Reform’s Robert Jenrick and Suella Braverman, then so be it.
When they held the power - they welcomed that Sudanese monster into our country and handed him a visa. An attempted beheading followed their decision.
Those responsible must be held to account.
And I want to send a very clear message to officials planning to place more of these men in communities across Britain - near schools, nurseries, families.
When Restore Britain wins the next election, we will pursue you with the full power of the state.
That will apply retrospectively.
If those in power are made to feel the consequences of their decisions, the quality of those decisions will improve.
We are so far past half-measures now, the country is too far gone.
Britain needs a democratic revolution.
That is exactly what Restore Britain is going to do.
When we win, we must build remembrance museums for every British person who was a victim of multiculturalism.
We are never going to let them forget what their negligence and ideological conditioning did to this country and its inhabitants, and where it could have led if the madness hadn't been halted.
Two-tier policing can't be considered a myth or conspiracy anymore.
A reckoning is coming.
Decided out of principle I’m not supporting England in the World Cup. 60% of the team is of African descent and the manager is German.
I’ll support Japan instead.
Ideological conditioning and two-tiered policing are glaring symptoms of civilizational decline. They must be rejected across the West.
The United States sends our condolences to the family of Henry Nowak and the people of the United Kingdom at this troubling time.
I do not want to see patriots thrown in prison because they've had a beer or two, got fired up and acted stupid in the heat of the moment.
The state will make an example of you - they will show no mercy. Your life will be ruined.
Do not attack the police. Be smart. Stay calm.
Having lived in Bangkok all my life, I would say this is the best time of the city I have ever experienced.
We used to compare Bangkok with places like Singapore or even Tokyo ,
but today Bangkok no longer needs those comparisons.
I think It has its own character, its own energy, and its own identity. The city feels dynamic, and productive in a way that is uniquely Bangkok.
