@hayleymagill @uhbtrust It may be an attempt to get those working in areas where infection risk needs to be minimised (eg orthopaedic theatres) to get changed before leaving their department. Scrubs and clogs are then as clean as possible. No excuse for the Indiscriminate use Of capitals though!

My SHO colleagues in London and beyond are all debating other careers, some have already left. Sadly it’s some of the best doctors I’ve worked with who are just fed up, and to let them go is a huge loss to the NHS.
