Yesterday marked the death of Billy London, He was a gay erotic actor and sex worker.

31 years ago on the 28th of October in 1990, London’s head and feet were found in a dumpster in an alley behind Santa Monica Boulevard.

His murder remains unsolved to this very day.

His portrait is currently on show at @Nel gallery. The exhibition “Each man kills the thing he loves…” displays portraits memorialising and beatifying gay erotic actors that have died tragic deaths.
