So disappointed in @CelebrityCruise! One leg of @SouthwestAir canceled so no way to get to the boat on time.Even tried other airlines. No luck.SWA refunded flight. But Celebrity's answer? Too bad. You lose $3K. No refund or no future cruise credit. They don't care about customer!

@FlyFrontier: I think it is called a “bait and switch” scheme when you are offering a fare but after the payment information is sent a message comes back saying “that fare is no longer available please rebook.” Then when I rebook it is $300 more? Wow.

I'm confident the TSA would be able to figure out how to spread the money around evenly to all employees. Give the TSA $1 when they check your documents. Simple way to help out one portion to keep our country safe during crazy shutdown. #tipthetsa

The government shutdown is dangerous to air travel. TSA should be focused on protecting instead of having to worry about bills. My proposal is to hand TSA agent $1 when they check your docs. Small deal but if all did, it would be huge. What do you think? Pass this on. #tipthetsa

@CruiseNorwegian Wow. I booked a cruise months ago & now the price offered today is $500 cheaper for same cabin & your response is that “I’m unlucky” & you don’t/won’t refund & match new price offered. Your answer is “too bad, so sad?”The “NO” in Norwegian is No customer service.

@SouthwestAir You choose not to help or make an exception and I choose to make sure as many people know that SWA cares more about the $ than truly caring about their customers in a very reasonable request. That’s your policy. I’ve done nothing but tried to get a FAIR resolution.

@SouthwestAir I’m unsure why I am getting demeaning replies. You choose not to assist a customer so quit blaming “your” terms that you could make an exception to. Just be honest & say you “won’t” make an exception. Not that “the terms are this” or you “cannot.”SWA could help if they cared to.

@SouthwestAir No it’s not that you “cannot” it’s that you “will not”. This is a SWA corporate issue of money over customers. The SWA employees; the men & women that actually provide the services to us are amazing! Just sad that dedication isn’t reflected in the corporate office.

@SouthwestAir Spoke w/ cust service about extending use of travel funds by ONLY 24 hours. I Understand funds must be used in a year but SWA lumps all funds together so some just paid months ago are lumped in w/ old ones & SWA will not allow to extend the “year use” by only 24 hours.i lose $$.
