Article 5 does NOT require all nations to attack Russia. If you bother to read it, it says members must consult on the best way to help and each country decides what action to take . Also invocation of article 5 must be unanimous. Now ask yourself- will the US (or any other country) really risk mutual annihilation because Russia hit some targets in the UK? I suspect not. Sure, Article 5 was invoked against Afghanistan, but they couldn’t nuke anyone.

So I asked channel 4 about the issues around lying to gain a supply of controlled drugs. They sent me the following generic reply, which didn’t address any of the questions asked.

@Orla91 @4Viewers @Channel4 Doesn’t really work that way. To get a diagnosis he must have told the diagnosing doctor that he had impairment- it’s a fundamental diagnostic requirement. Right before his assessment he said he wasn’t impaired. That means he lied.

Impairment assessment in children should rely heavily on collateral history as well as the individual perception of the child and the impression of the clinician. This is often provided as school reports, questionnaires and validated assessment tools- usually read before assessment, but I wasn’t there so don’t know. With adults it’s much more subjective, although collateral history is still sought. Certainly if an adult says “I’m not impaired” then they are not, and shouldn’t be diagnosed (they may have traits)

@dnky27 There was a fairly serious problem. He specifically said that he had no impairment prior to his ADHD assessment, yet he got a diagnosis- to be diagnosed requires significant impairments in two or more life domains. I think he needs to explain how that came about.
