Es ist ja immer und überall überragende Stimmung bei @phillipboa, aber Dresden ist noch einen Zacken euphorischer, lauter, wilder.... Ein würdiger Tourabschluss 2024. Vielleicht Ende 2025 wieder?! 😊

Voodooclub drummer MOSES' legendary jazz drumkit, that he always plays/ played with the Voodooclub + Tito and Tarantula. Both Phillip and Tito love this drumkit. Moses bought it ca 20 years ago. This Premier drumkit was found, unused for decades, in the attic of a former club. It was once used by american jazz drummers who toured Europe in the 60's and 70's; one of them was Art Blakey.

Phillip Boa's favourite drummers are Art Blakey + Gene Krupa. You can hear their influence on all Voodooclub albums. Back then, Phillip and The Voodoo were calling that style "Voodoodrums".
