@JagexSupport I’ve had an email confirming a subscription I did not make and have been charged!! I have all emails to prove this and someone is on my account with my card details!! Please reply so I can cancel this before they rinse my bank account.

@JagexSupport I’ve come here for help after being hacked and lost 5billion.. your pathetic security system allows hackers to remove Authenticators and bank pins and without even changing my password… how do I know after changing my password that this won’t happen again?! Useless

@JagexSupport hey, my account has been hacked after taking a 6 month break from the game, I have lost 5 billion+ in items and mostly coins… I understand I will not get any items back but just want to know my account is now secure and to NEVER have this happen again.. please help

@JagexSupport Your website states you will not issue my hacked items back to me after I carried out all security steps as my accounts is 15 years old as old and I had Authenticator and bank pin! They did not change my password and still gained access please suggest something instead of links

@JagexAsh my friend has been hacked and they removed his ironman status and dropped all his stuff, is there ANY chance this can be looked into to at least give back the ironman status?! A ban pin and Authenticator was not enough to stop the hackers

@JagexSupport Bank pin and Authenticator did not stop them and I don’t want to have to permanently check back on my account when taking a break from the game, I should know my account is safe and not going to lose 1000’s of hours of items and loot each time I take a break
