Finally back online with @O2 signal after over 48 hours. There is definelty an ongoing #eSIM issue. I went to my local store who moved me to a physical sim and told me they’d had at least 20 customers with eSIM #NoSignal issue

@O2 are there any updates on the #eSIM issues affecting customers. Had #NoSignal since yesterday morning, it’s getting ridiculous now.

@MrLanMan87 @Haley_Bishop @O2 @Apple I requested a new eSIM and was told it would be sent by post and delivered in 1-3 days. They suggested I just wait for the fix.

@O2 @o2 issues continue today, #NoSignal #esim. Over 24 hours with no signal. Spoke with support who said they are aware of eSIM issues and to wait for a fix.

@MrLanMan87 @O2 Also having the same problem #NoSignal on @O2 since this morning. Using an #eSIM #iphone12 utterly outrageous service.

Problem seems to be resolved for physical sim customers.

Missed our connecting flight from Toronto to Heathrow due to delays with @AirCanada yesterday. Rebooked for the next flight which was 18 hours away. Now that flight has been delayed almost 4 hours.. not looking good.
