@theknot @TheKnotWW I tried customer support, but they haven't been helpful, and repeatedly asked for screen shots which I already sent. I can log into @WeddingWire but haven't gotten any decent leads in a long time. I see @WeddingPro for the scam it is. Just wish I could access my account.

I paid $850/month for a featured listing on @theknot @TheKnotWW but found that I was only getting 2-3 views per month. Hardly seemed worth it. But i have over 100 five-star reviews. I switched to the free account and now I can't log in at all.
