One thing on the #Eagles OC job: the idea that it’s not appealing couldn’t be further from the truth, based on what I’ve gathered. The talent on the roster is legit. The hunger from the front office to keep improving the roster is legit. And they’ve had two OCs in the last few years go on to become HCs (Shane Steichen, Kellen Moore).
If you have success, you’re going to be a HC candidate. It’s as simple as that. The narrative some are pushing just isn’t the case.
@AaronF59@RealMamaEagle They had to pinch run for Bader which they did with Wilson since he’s unable to run, so either they would’ve had Marchan or a pitcher playing the OF had they pinch ran for Castellanos too and only tied the game.
@scottbails13 @camatkinscore No. Forgot which account I was on lmao I’m an idiot. But I don’t mind using this account at times to get my follower numbers up.
@scottbails13 1/2 I was just talking about this with @camatkinscore. Eagles fans, especially myself, overreacted to the whole “this game will lose him the job” thing. Teams don’t go off of one game. They go off of the body of work as a whole. For example Matt Patricia after SB52 and …
Couldn’t get one stop. One. That’s the game, Chiefs adjusted and Eagles defense and Gannon did not. Played zone and brought zero pressure. Chiefs getting one stop in the second half was all they needed. Just an awful defensive game.
