@Boltapp_ke I have had a bad experience this week. I forgot my wife's phone in one of the cabs. The driver confirmed that she has the phone but has since stopped receiving my calls. Any remedial action from Bolt would be appreciated. I talked to ur customer care but no progress.

I've had a bad experience with one of your driver's. I left my wife's phone in the cab. They confirmed having it when I called but since then they aren't picking calls. I've sent emails to your customer care but no one is replying now. Only got one reply
