@groarkboysbbq That’s an old recipe I did in high school during my bundt phase lol.
Use a hand mixer to fold in air, low couple minutes, scrape and mix for about 3 mins.
Bake at 325 for about 48-55 minutes, test with wood skewer.
Grate lime zest into cream cheese frosting.
@RealSpitfire He’s 101, he DESERVES in home care. Quieter, his things are handy, he can relax and not run risk of further injury or staff. Get him outta there!
A serious problem with my golf game has nothing to do with golf.
I cannot slow down. Rushing to my ball, rushing my pre shot routine, rushing my time on the green and my reads.
My dad drilled fast play into my psyche and now I can’t escape it.
How do you slow yourself down?
I put unnecessary pressure on my pace of play. The group behind us today was like 2 holes behind and I still felt the pressure.
It’s messing up my game.
@RupaliChadhaMD I’m impressed with his ability to communicate precisely what LA residents truly want and need. It’s criminal that he’s being held back by obvious fraud and corruption but, he’s extremely intelligent and watching his revenge will be absolutely glorious!
THE CITY OF MIDLAND’S STATEMENT RAISES MORE QUESTIONS THAN IT ANSWERS.
The City of Midland has finally released a statement.
After reading it, one thing stands out.
They admit this citizen was never accused of committing a crime.
Instead, they repeatedly describe him as making employees feel “threatened,” “uncomfortable,” and “disruptive.”
Those are subjective descriptions.
The public has now watched the video.
Many people are asking a simple question:
Since when is making a government employee uncomfortable grounds for being pepper sprayed inside City Hall?
The City’s statement says employees felt threatened.
If that’s true, what exactly was the threat?
What crime was committed?
Why wasn’t he arrested?
Why wasn’t he charged?
If officers believed he committed an offense serious enough to justify force, where are the criminal charges?
Those are fair questions.
The statement also says city staff had been dealing with him for days and even escorted him to the Midland Police Department earlier that morning.
Yet nowhere does the City explain why the situation escalated to pepper spray instead of simply allowing the man to finish requesting public records or peacefully leave on his own.
The public deserves specifics, not broad descriptions like “aggressive” and “disruptive.”
Fortunately, this wasn’t hidden behind closed doors.
There’s video.
People can watch it for themselves and decide whether the City’s statement matches what actually happened.
One more question…
Who actually wrote this statement?
Was it City Manager Tommy Gonzalez?
Communications Director Stewart Doreen?
The City Attorney?
Or someone else?
The people of Midland deserve to know who is speaking on behalf of their government, especially when defending the use of force against a citizen inside City Hall.
Government works for the people.
When force is used against a taxpayer in a public building, the burden shouldn’t be on the public to prove something went wrong.
The burden is on government to explain why it happened.
And based on the questions pouring in today…
A lot of people don’t think this statement accomplished that.
This is the judge who ruled that I was not allowed to speak my abuser's name out loud. Forever. Past, present, and future.
If I wanted to warn another woman about the man who hurt me, I faced $10,000 in fines and jail time for each warning.
It's adorable that he thought I wouldn't fight back with everything I had.
It took me 441 days to get it overturned. And now I make up for lost time by making him famous. Meet Judge Pickerill. The man who stole my voice to protect a serial predator.
Our biggest weakness today is the lack of courage in leadership and culture; everyone wants common sense, but everyone is too afraid to demand it.
So today, we are launching The WAR Foundation.
https://t.co/WQHlYlz1Qm
Together, we will:
Win the war against political corruption with innovative new media.
Advocate for transparency, accountability, and integrity in government and culture.
Restore common sense and roll back the long march of socialism through our vital institutions.
The WAR Foundation is being created to fight where others won’t. We will use the same innovative arsenal we used to capture the world’s attention in our campaign: hard-hitting media, investigative research, educational campaigns, and strategic partnerships in government and media to push back on the communist rot, shine a light on government failure, challenge entrenched interests, and empower citizens with the truth.
Above all, we will be bold, unapologetic, and fearless.
Our campaign was just the beginning. You want more? JOIN THE WAR
The Wall Street Journal broke the story and there was zero follow up from every single other mainstream outlet.
The New York Times refused to publish the actual sexual assault allegations by the same woman in politico today. They simply labeled his behavior unsettling. The New York Times peace spent most of its content on the background of Lindsay Fyfield being a conservative
Their star me to reporter went on CNN and promptly downplay the accusations against platner.
Your problem is as you think people don't remember these things. You are 100% dependent on people not actually reading what the outlets you defend actually right or say.
