@RoyalMailHelp how can my parcel ‘go missing’ I’ve been waiting for a special delivery guaranteed before 1pm since Saturday and still nothing. It got sent to the wrong depot, yet here we are 3 days later and still no idea where my parcel is at. No updates or anything! @RoyalMail

@RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail so I place an order with special delivery next day before 1pm and it decides to go on a different journey and gets sent to the wrong place... fast forward 2 days and it’s making its way back to a depot that’s shut on Sundays 🙃 #shitshow
