“I've never found in my whole life that you could convince someone who doesn't want to work hard to work hard.” ~Steve Jobs

Most coaches don’t understand this. They PUSH their athletes. It’s a daily grind of forcing kids to do HARD WORK.

The key is to create an environment where kids WANT TO WORK HARD. You want the hard work to become the best part of their day.

When you love something, you don’t have to be PUSHED. The mission pulls you.
