I’m a big fan of independence and autonomy. I do my thing. I don’t define what someone else’s thing is. When someone shares their opinion with me, I have a hard time separating suggestions with orders.
To be clear: Social media rewards the positive posts with high engagement by ranking it highly, pumping us with dopamine. Negative posts get the opposite, perpetuating complaints. It trains humans to think and say what it wants. We know we’re being conditioned but we don’t care.
