@peteoxenham I’m stuck with Claude at work and literally every single prompt I have to correct it or tell it to actually check things instead of just making things up. Sol and astra will just rip through my own work exactly how I want it without a single issue

@CalebChamberla6 @rogersj3 @CooperZurad So running sims would have been helpful, not sure cam packages have good path gen for lasers but for CNC routers they’ve been pretty good for me to get accurate estimates

@muhasaba_needer The only plus side is it really gave me a kick in the ass to start building the skills to run my own thing and not be dependent on those systems

@muhasaba_needer Dealt with pericarditis after the first shot and that reaction is basically exactly what I got from people too, university even threatened to expel me if I didn’t get the second shot too. Never forget who these people are

@GhostofanOldFr1 Looked into machine shop business around similar price and it was very much the same, no willingness to stay on, all customers close personal relationships, and the machines haven’t been upgraded since the 90s. At that point the value is basically 0 and worth just starting new
