@Ubiquiti when I last purchased directly from the UI store for UK (about 2-3 years ago), we had to pay a hefty customs charge. Is that still the case or have things changed now?

@TK_HelpDesk I had a text to say that our flight on Wednesday from AYT to IST has been cancelled. I tried to change the flight but I get an error message. I can’t call your worldwide service number as it’s not in my phone contract whilst in Türkiye.

@ExpediaHelp @ExpediaUK can someone please provide your complaints procedure. An agent just gave me a link to hotel reviews and website feedback. Your agents have provided me conflicting information, leaving me totally confused and frustrated with my upcoming flights!

@ExpediaHelp Yes. I DM’d as requested and had no reply. I’ve live chatted with an agent this morning but we fly in a week and no further along than we were last Friday. I want to know your complaints process. I have no idea if our flights even exist and I can’t add bags to our flights!

@TK_HelpDesk Thanks. What about adding baggage? Expedia say to do this directly with Turkish Airlines.. we can’t use the Turkish Airlines website or the app to add baggage as it just tells us about the message in my last post..

@TK_HelpDesk we wanted to add baggage to our upcoming flights. We don’t have the option to select passengers for the flights. In manage booking, we get the screenshot below. Expedia has already informed us of changes and said in the email we do not need to take any further action
