Well, that was surprisingly easy. I created a new #running email address and used it to login to @googlehealth ✅ I then changed my @Strava address ✅ Changed my @TrainAsONE address ✅ Everything synced first time 🥳 Surely it can't be that easy 🤔 I'll go for a run and see.
14,901 steps this morning but, alas no #walking data to upload to @Strava due to my @googlehealth just stopping all by itself and shutting down with no record. Nevermind, here's some nice pictures taken on my route #marketharborough to #greatbowden
Currently, I am enjoying being really flexible with regards to my running sessions. I sometimes take weeks off whilst I enjoy my walking adventures yet, as I have just posted, there is only a mild dip in my fitness score. I now understand the expression "Time on your feet."
