Please allow me to share a few impressions from my first visit to #PortSudan where I could witness a lot of economic development and some signs of normalcy within a war-torn country.

I have taken up my new Position as Germany‘s Ambassador for Sudan 🇸🇩. Hoping to build on previous experiences in crisis management including the evacuation from Sudan in 2023, but tremendously humble given the challenges of the current situation.
