@qatarairways As I’ve asked, how am I to know who’s genuine? I don’t normally use X and only have in a desperate attempt to get information. You should be sending out emails to anyone with cancelled flight informing them of the process. You are encouraging scammers!

@qatarairways I’m getting very frustrated, having previously posted that the lack of information is very poor. I’ve since been contacted by two different people claiming to be fromQA, but you say be careful of people impersonating QA. Please confirm what the process of Refund/Compenstion is??

@qatarairways Why is my flight from Manila tomorrow morning at 9.30am to Doha still showing as confirmed? You are handling this very badly Qatar airways. Please update me with what I’m supposed to be doing, no update on the app and no email, even though I went to the office at Manila airport.
