@AmerenMissouri second time in a week the power is out and it’s insanely hot. Don’t just bandaid the fix…root cause and resolve so this doesn’t happen again. Your ETA the other night was off by 3 hours. Not hopeful this time either.

@AmerenMissouri when is power coming back on in St. Charles, MO. It’s been out since 5:27…getting ridiculous at this point. We have heard two loud booms in that time. Never a good sign. Glad it’s not 1,000 degrees but it’s toasty inside…

@AmerenMissouri power was out yesterday from about 11:30-7:30 with no cause determined apparently. Now it’s 4 am and what sounded like the 3rd transformer boom in less than 24 hours just happened and we are without power again…let’s find a cause this time…
