🇺🇬 @PoliceUg have arrested Mugwiisa Obed (aka Obed Muyombya), a boda boda rider prominently identified in viral videos as one of the main assailants in the fatal mob attack on rugby star player Sydney Gongodyo.

Obed was taken into custody along with another suspect, Owino Joseph, a security guard. This brings the total number of suspects in police custody to 10.
