@PicknPay behavior completely unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect and assisted professionally, especially when the error was caused in-store. Being dismissed in such a manner is deeply disappointing.

@PicknPay I am writing this complaint as a very irate and dissatisfied customer following the unacceptable treatment we received at Pick n Pay Quagga.
The store manager, Erick, was extremely rude and unprofessional in handling what should have been a simple issue. We purchased 58
@PicknPay they attempted to resolve the issue. Eventually, the manager instructed the cashier to void the entire transaction and told us to leave. He further stated that he did not care if we contacted customer care or reported him, as he was “done.”
As an irate customer, I found this
@PicknPay resolving the matter efficiently, he instructed the cashier to rescan the entire trolley. After rescanning the same 58 items, the total amount increased to over R2,000 — and this was before any Smart Shopper discounts were applied.
We then waited approximately 30 minutes while
@PicknPay items, and the total came to R1,999. The cashier mistakenly processed the transaction as a cash payment before we had swiped our Smart Shopper card or confirmed our method of payment.
