The Association strongly condemns the reckless and abhorrent actions of the societal menace who dragged and injured one of our Troopers on a traffic stop yesterday in Brockton. Our members are actively hunting this criminal.

We will find him.
He will be brought to justice.

Thankfully our member only sustained minor injuries. The offender has been identified as Derek Lobo, 31, of Brockton. He is wanted for Assault and Battery on our member, trafficking of Fentanyl as well as several other serious charges.

Anyone with information regarding Lobo’s whereabouts is asked to call the Massachusetts Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section at 1-800-KAPTURE (1-800-527-8873).
