The mortal remains of the 6 Naga hostages have been found.

Here is my assessment:
UNC knew about this, may be even the Baptist World Alliance, CBCNEI, CM Conrad, and CM Rio knew about it. Now this explains why all these individuals and organisations rushed to put pressure on Nagas to release the 14 Kuki detainees.

If the 14 Kukis were not released yesterday, the mortal remains of these 6 Nagas would still be kept hidden, and Kuki Inpi would still say they know nothing about it. UNC has probably withheld this information from the Naga public. In short, UNC is complicit of not being transparent to the Naga public.

What should be done next?
1. UNC must exert pressure on the government to arrest all those involved in this killing and ensure they are sentenced to life imprisonment.
2. Kuki Inpi Manipur should publicly apologize for claiming that it knew nothing about the six abductees. While in fact, their militants literally massacred them.
3. UNC must deliver justice, or RESIGN.
Anything less than this would be a mockery of our people and our rights. As a responsible Naga, I refuse to be party to it. My conscience cannot accept such an insult. We have been taken for a ride for far too long.

A 38-year-old mother and her 15-year-old son from Sinakeithei village, in the field to collect vegetables, were attacked on 21st March 2026 at around 3:15 PM by Kuki militants, who are under the SoO Agreement. A range of roughly 1,300 meters between the firing point and the target suggests the use of automatic weapons and sniper fire.

The mother and her son were stranded for more than 3 hours as objects of target in a vast open paddy field. At the very least, basic decency and the rule against targeting women and children should be upheld; failing that amounts to a violation of international human rights law and International Humanitarian Law (of war).

In the video, you will see a helpless mother and son lying in the paddy field to save their lives, while Kuki militants under the SoO Agreement openly fire at civilians. Kuki militants under the SoO Agreement are directly surveilling and attempting to restrict access to basic human rights - food and livelihood.

It's a weird time. I am filled with wonder and also a profound sadness.

I spent a lot of time over the weekend writing code with Claude. And it was very clear that we will never ever write code by hand again. It doesn't make any sense to do so.

Something I was very good at is now free and abundant. I am happy...but disoriented.

At the same time, something I spent my early career building (social networks) was being created by lobster-agents. It's all a bit silly...but if you zoom out, it's kind of indistinguishable from humans on the larger internet.

So both the form and function of my early career are now produced by AI.

I am happy but also sad and confused.

If anything, this whole period is showing me what it is like to be human again.

In ancient Greece, women were forbidden to study medicine for several years until someone broke the law. Born in 300 BC, Agnodice cut her hair and entered Alexandria medical school dressed as a man. While walking the streets of Athens after completing her medical education, she heard the cries of a woman in labour. However, the woman did not want Agnodice to touch her although she was in severe pain, because she thought Agnodice was a man. Agnodice proved that she was a woman by removing her clothes without anyone seeing and helped the woman deliver her baby.

The story would soon spread among the women and all the women who were sick began to go to Agnodice. The male doctors grew envious and accused Agnodice, whom they thought was male, of seducing female patients. At her trial, Agnodice, stood before the court and proved that she was a woman but this time, she was sentenced to death for studying medicine and practicing medicine as a woman.

Women revolted at the sentence, especially the wives of the judges who had given the death penalty. Some said that if Agnodice was killed, they would go to their deaths with her. Unable to withstand the pressures of their wives and other women, the judges lifted Agnodice's sentence, and from then on, women were allowed to practice medicine, provided they only looked after women.

Thus, Agnodice made her mark in history as the first Greek female doctor, physician and gynecologist. This plaque depicting Agnodice at work was excavated at Ostia, Italy.
