@regothetrader the real challenge is taking care of your relationship as young parents. the hormones go wild, you're both thrown in cold water, and with so much going on, being a couple often gets put last or forgotten about. it's normal. be mindful of that. make effort to connect conciously.

@dcinvestor oh man. same exact issues as me in recent years. neck muscles tightened from long flight, plus mild dehydration and inconsistent sleep this can trigger migraines. even worse if you grind your teeth at night. the day is over when i get it.
