@Bob_WeaverRI that just tells you the pressure to inflate to in the formats other than PSI. Tire size is usually Number X Number but for kids bikes sometimes they have a single number based on the bike size or tire diameter. if you have either of those it should get you closer

@yburyug Totally, I dont honestly know why it's so slow it doesn't really make sense. Ours was as straightforward as an application process can be on the building side but still took 90. I think Manhattan is also a little more complex than BK, just gotta surrender to the flow i guess
