sonos has been atrocious lately, skipping tracks, failing to play, cutting out for minutes at a time.
this is across multiple streaming services and is not a wifi issue.
sad what became of a great service, they could have just changed nothing.
@chopaganda right, they are maximizing revenue. I get it. But it’s become hostile to the fans, made it harder to get in the door, and reduced the flexibility for us to get seats with our friends.
In the long run, it’s a losing proposition. They’re in the hospitality business.
Platinum tickets have created artificial scarcity and Phish fans buying into them are part of the problem.
Now the market has cratered and it’s reduced supply even further, because no one wants to scoop up these overpriced tickets.
I’d like to see these rules instituted on Phish TM:
1. tickets are only sold for face value
2. if you do not use a ticket yourself, you may throw it back into the pool to be purchased and if its purchased, you get a refund (sans CC processing fees).
3. no transfers
