@AmericanAir Nelda in the MCO Admirals Club was very helpful in finalizing my flight changes for myself and family. I am shocked how calm the thousands of us delayed out of MCO are but let’s get ATC back to full strength.
Early morning and short flights are not usually memorable but our first class flight attendant Sareh on @AmericanAir flight 3809 made the 26 minutes exceptional with great service and a huge smile. She checked every box of outstanding customer service. Love my #AAFlightAttendant
What a great flight from Milan to Philadelphia. @AmericanAir flight 299 in the #Dreamliner the business class flight crew of Danica and Cameron were two of the best. Love my #AmericanAirlines
Almost an 11 hour mechanical delay out of MCO but the cabin crew and even the passengers are still smiling. Amanda in first class has lifted everyone’s spirits. Love my #AATeam and while frustrating, I don’t want to fly on a broken airplane. @AmericanAir
Just boarded likely my last (of about 150+) flight of the year on @AmericanAir Laura is my flight attendant CLT to PIA and this morning on #2086 LGA to CLT my flight attendant was Amy. Both are/were so pleasant and a reminder why I fly #American.
Love flying in the #787Dreamliner and especially on my flight today DFW to HNL. The most comfortable plane in the sky for long hauls. Captain Oswald, Purser Lana and Kathy were an outstanding team. Smoothest 7:23 flight ever. Love my @AmericanAir
Wow! Pauline in Dallas at the @AmericanAir reservations was amazing. Family health issues meant a bunch of cancellations and rebooking and she went out of her way to make it all work Thank You #AATeam Love my American Airlines
Grateful for a #service minded flight attendant (Elizabeth) today on AA 6203 ORD to PIA. Like me she was weather diverted to Indianapolis for fuel but was stuck longer. She is skipping a break so we can finally all get safely to PIA. @AmericanAir this is why you are my airline.
Just off my flight from ORD to Sacramento. So nice to experience truly #firstclass service on AA 2257 with Tiffany on my favorite airline. @AmericanAir
