@GenZMultifamily Most states require you to exercise reasonable diligence to re-rent the property and, when that happens, the early terminating tenant’s liability ends. That could take days or weeks or months. Often, tenants want to close the loop and will pay a fee to terminate early.

@JamesonCamp Wife drives the SQ6. I have a Rivian. My R1S is larger and faster but is no where as smooth a drive as the Audi. I like my Rivian’s tech better but, if you want a luxurious EV, the (S)Q6 is a great choice.

@AMandoSch Know your judge and advocate accordingly. Build your attorney capital with the judges you see often and use it intelligently. And when you are on the cusp of telling a judge to GFT, be ready to retire or pause and rethink that emotion. I stopped practicing in DC for that reason.

@SinaiLawFirm Bar class all morning, quick lunch, then study until 4pm, golf or workout, dinner, bed, start over the next day. It was a simple time. You had one objective. It was a worrisome goal but, I agree, it was aa great time in my life.
