JUST IN: Ripple and DriveWealth team up to expand RLUSD settlement on the XRP Ledger

The partnership targets faster global money movement through cross-border payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage services built around $RLUSD and $XRP.

Broadening access to XRPL, from everyday payments to agentic commerce.

We’re partnering with @privy_io, a Stripe company, to bring embedded wallets to the XRP Ledger. Developers will be able to build payment experiences with XRP, RLUSD and other digital assets on XRPL directly into their products, without requiring users to manage their own keys.

The integration will also enable agentic commerce through programmable wallets that let AI agents hold funds and transact, including through x402 payments.

Built for payments, XRPL is already powering the next wave of commerce. To date, it has processed 13M agent payments, which now account for roughly 25% of network activity.

XRP Ledger has taken the lead over Ethereum in capital flowing into tokenized commodities during 2026, according to data by RWA Foundation and Token Terminal.

XRPL recorded $2.2 billion in net inflows, while Ethereum attracted $1.6 billion during the same period.

Tokenized electricity generation contracts from Justoken have emerged as a major source of new liquidity.

XRPL’s monthly RWA transfer volume reached a record $7 billion, according to RWA(.)xyz.

Franklin Templeton, Ondo Finance, and DAMAC are also among major RWA participants using XRPL infrastructure.

Shareholders of Armada Acquisition Corp. II, a listed shell company, vote Wednesday on merging with Evernorth. If they approve, the combined company is expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN.
