@KemiBadenoch @biztradegovuk When I worked in Whitehall almost everyone read the Guardian. We didn't have activist social groups then, but I would guess they are mostly left wing, and where the 'politicisation' of the Civil Service developed. It's no doubt really effective at identifying 'enemies'.
