Wow this is a big deal for $Mcade. One of the most misunderstood topics in crypto and I try and talk about it in streams a lot. Most people understand market cap but not the liquidity pool concept so much.

Look at $Mcade comparing it to another gaming project with a higher mc in $Myria. Myria is ranked 780 on cmc with a 28.4 mil mc at the time of posting this. Mcade is ranked 889 with a 21.6 mil mc. But look at how much is in their liquidity pools in the screenshots.

Myria has 133k vs Mcade having 1.1 mil! That means how much actual value is there to be cashed out. Both are paired with $Eth so for both of them half of that value is in Eth and the other half is their token and what it’s valued is at the current time. So that means with Mcade there’s ~$550k of Eth available to be cashed out. Myria on the other hand has only ~66.5k in Eth. Even if they 100% rugged that’s the most they could get.

This is very important because people with a lot of money looking to buy an alt coin that’s one of the first things that they look at. Because they want to make sure there’s actual money there to cash out and that it can absorb sells and won’t crash if one person dumps.

You might think “but what about an exchange you can just sell it there.” Sometimes. But the exchange has to have a lot of volume and people trading that asset heavily. Good luck trying to drop a huge sell order on an exchange where the volume is low. And if the liquidity pool is thin even if it’s on exchanges it’s easier for the price to get pushed around and whales to eat away at it.

1 million dollars lp is big deal imo. It lets people know if you buy me now when you’re ready to take profit they’ll actually be something here to cash out. And I know the cmc mc and dexsceener mc’s were a little different but the point still holds. And I’m not picking on Myria they’re just a gaming project ranked in a similar range to Mcade.
