Let me get this straight, someone on ave. salary £35k a year, WORKING, will now be £1,400 worse off after the budget

If you have worked hard, saved money all your life in order to not burden the state

If you have tried to better yourself and provide for your children by feeding them.

If you haven't been able to afford children because you have chosen to work

If you have started a business in the hope you can eventually sell and use your gains to fund your old age

If you did as you were told and bought a hybrid car

If you invested in an ISA to help you save

If you employed young workers to train them and help them develop

If you bought a house and invested in with tax paid salary, so you had a bit of a nest egg

If you only had the children you could afford....

You are all fucked! Today, you have been told that all those people who did none of the above will be funded even more by you.

If you want more than 2 children then it’s your responsibility as a parent to cover the cost yourselves & not expect taxpayers to pay for it.

@thetrainline all trains to malpensa airport have been cancelled from Milan central - tried to refund as had to pay for a coach back instead & only option given is to change dates. Obviously not needing to do so.. how do I get a refund alongside the hundreds of others please?
