Most have issues with sight, ear, teeth, heart, respiratory tract e.t.c
Health challenges that varies according to the degree of the Downs Syndrome.
Some suffer from stunted growth & their life expectancy is shorter than normal

Some Downs come with severe syndrome and health issues while others (like the lady in this advert and Connor ) have less severe Syndromes and complications.

My son is 7. He is verbal, he knows his numbers to 100. He can do simple arithmetics, he knows his alphabet and 2 letter words.
