Yesterday, our @NORDCommission Culinary Arts Campers were taught the history of a New Orleans staple, Mardi Gras Pasta, by none other than the The Culinary Queens and Kings of New Orleans, with a special surprise from the former Queen & King!

As you have seen, All of our teachers are absolutely Amazing! In Culinary Arts, Chef Whitnie led the campers in making Mexican Street Corn Dip! Ms. JeNean led her class into making college/career development plans!

Our @NORDCommission Session II Teen Camp has been rolling! Please prepare your timelines for the photo dumps! First up is our #STEM Class. Ms. Dacia taught campers how to make Solar Oven S'mores out of pizza boxes! & Boy, where these S'mores Delicious!!!!

Yesterday, our @NORDCommission camp went to their first college tours at @Loyola_NOLA and @Tulane! It was a hot day outside, but campers learned so much about what each university offers!
