@googlenesthelp So this is what I see. It searches for a long while, then says it can't find any networks. Attempting to manually connect by entering ssid and password doesn't work either. I've also attached a screenshot from my phone of the networks in range.

@googlenesthelp I'm having a problem with my elderly parents nest thermostat. It can't detect ANY Wifi networks. When I hotspot on my phone a foot away, it can't see it.

I tried rebooting. No change. I did a full factory reset. That made things worse.

Any advice?

@TychoBrahe @RoboCopRC This is hard, as much of the material I grew up on is hard to find now. I loved the TV show. I had the full run of the marvel comics, but they were lost in a flood, as were the dark horse ones. So all I have are childhood memories. I have no idea if any of it holds up.
