Wednesday Speed Day 🔥🔥💨💨
Focused on acceleration, first step quickness, sprint posture and creating force and power. The resistance training I get with the Run Rocket is a great tool that helps me check all the boxes. Got a solid BP session in afterwards as well.

Still pretty pumped about our state championship, but summer season is officially here! Played against some really solid competition over my 4 games this weekend. Hit .429 with a pair of hits off a Florida St commit, but most importantly had fun and enjoyed meeting my new teammates and coaches for the first time. Looking forward to a great summer! Next up zoom into June in GA next weekend!!
