@sapphicperez You can tell someone is going to do something and not understand why they did it. Motivation matters more than foreshadowing. Your audience should be shocked after a betrayal, but not perpetually confused. It’s the writer’s fault. If he was good this wouldn’t be a convo at all.

@AfroJediii And he’s literally using it to insinuate that Rue is the snake, not himself. A good betrayal leaves the audience shocked, not confused. It’s explained later. Sam was hoping for a 4th season, but the ratings were so bad he can’t get one. So we’re stuck with this.

After everything he did to protect Alamo, there needs to be a specific trigger that changes his behavior. even if he hated him he still helped.
