@thegarybrecka My son is 12. I am 49. I challenged him a while back to see who could get a 6 pack first. He doesn’t try at all, but he plays soccer and has the advantage of youth. I still use this as motivation to push myself even though I don’t know how realistic the 6 pack is for me.

@herculezg Does well with back to goal holding up play. Works extremely hard. Struggles once facing goal though, and his passing is not great. He’s also very young and can improve these areas.
