I buy a fab pair of sunnies after seeing @iamjamiefoxx on Ellen, they arrive- they are broken. I contact @priverevaux to arrange replacement/refund- 5 months later- I have no glasses, no refund & u guys seem to blame @ShopBorderfree who know nothing, I’m out £60 and feel robbed
