FUD về năng lượng dùng đ�� đào Bitcoin lại xuất hiện, hôm qua là từ Chính quyền Biden, hôm nay là từ Ủy ban Châu Âu (EC) và Ngân hàng Trung ương Châu Âu (ECB).

Họ đề xuất là gắn nhãn đào Bitcoin là 'gây hại cho môi trường, lãng phí năng lượng và lỗi thời' và trao quyền cho Ngân hàng Trung ương Châu Âu để xây dựng các quy tắc đầu tư liên quan đến bảo vệ môi trường xung quanh việc đầu tư của các tổ chức vào Bitcoin. Nghĩa là muốn hạn chế số lượng tiền vào Bitcoin.

Năm nay đã là năm 2024, Thuận tưởng chúng ta đã qua được giai đoạn này. Từ năm 2017 chúng ta đã nghe đào Bitcoin sẽ lấy hết năng lượng của thế giới 🌍 vào năm 2020. Hoa Kỳ là nơi đào Bitcoin lớn nhất thế giới, Thuận không nhớ nhà mình bị cúp điện vì... người ta đào Bitcoin.

Đã có rất nhiều nghiên cứu và giải thích các hiểu lầm về đào Bitcoin, sự thật thì đào Bitcoin rất tốn điện nhưng quan trọng là:

1- Điện đó đến từ đâu? Năng lượng tự nhiên như mặt trời, gió, thủy điện, núi lửa?

2- Nếu không đào Bitcoin thì năng lượng đó có ai sử không?

3- Tiền điện thu được từ các công ty đào Bitcoin đã giúp củng cố cơ sở hạ tầng cho các nơi đó như thế nào?

Đáng tiếc, họ biết không phải ai cũng tìm hiểu. Bên dưới là một số các nghiên cứu từ các trường đại học và công ty lừng danh về lợi ích của đào Bitcoin và vai trò Bitcoin trong việc phát triển năng lượng tái tạo:
