Basil bolted I think, but it looks beautiful. Dragon Fruit’s next section I’ll let fall down and I’ll have to build a little bracket for it to hang on. This random fruit I buried did well in the heat. And the spouted little leaves are egg plants.

My older brother bought over a pomegranate tree and a lemon tree. Also a corn was finally ready.

Found a pumpkin in the garden. Hope it grows til October. The vine it is on is looking a bit yellow.

First year and trying a little bit of everything. I think the heat has been a major factor this year. Still having fun and next year will hopefully be a lot better.

Garden update.

So I failed at a lot, but I got some wild flowers growing fast, two tomato bushes left, a few lemon cucumbers, a bit of squash, the beans are almost there, and for some reason the dragon fruit is just growing none stop.

I need to get back into art. I have been collecting pieces for inspiration. I was never this good but I used to have fun.

The spring harvest wasn’t the best but things will be better in the summer. Also I hope to get some native flowers growing in front of the shed this summer.

I never knew they used their seed coats to push up from underground and then they can push it off when the true leaves open up.
